Kitty was still getting very nadgy with the baby girls when they tried to feed this morning, so we moved her and Glitter into another cage. They both seem completely unconcerned. They're going back to their breeder in a week or so - I'm going to miss them both.
I've decided to keep the blue agouti girl here, as she reminds me very much of her mum. I'd been trying to talk myself into being sensible and selecting two of the agoutis to keep along with the agouti Essex, but I obviously haven't been listening. I wonder if she will still be as blue when she has moulted into her adult coat.
Two other kittens (just 3 weeks older), Chloe and Grace, have moved in with Kitty's litter. They all accepted one another immediately, as they're not old enough to be worried about territory and such things.
Here are today's photos, and an updated weight chart. Two pictures of the girls in the tree house, one of an agouti boy going up to the table from the lower cage, and a couple of the boys.
