About Tamar

Tamar was born in my sixth Brandywine litter, and was one of eight littermates, four boys and four girls.

Tammy and her siblings are named after rivers of Devon, in celebration of the our happy family holidays there when the children were small. Tammy is named after the River Tamar.

Health

18th February 2011 - infected uterus (has 3 week old litter). On Clavaseptin, which is safe while she's feeding babies.
Saturday 29th October 2011 - Bleeding from vulva. On Clavaseptin, return to vet on Tuesday 1st November.
Tuesday 8th November 2011 - Didn't stop bleeding, so spayed yesterday. Doing well atm.
Friday 9th December 2011 - Reaction to spay stitches. Drained and back on Clavaseptin.

Temperament

Really lovely little lady. Interested and active, loving and gentle. Will introduce easily to any group.
