Health:
20th April 2009 - Ivermectin for mites
1st May 2009 - repeat Ivermectin.
17th February 2010 - possible pyometra. Has a creamy discharge but doesn't look ill. Vet tomorrow.
19th February 2010 - booked in for spay, but the vet found a widespread tumour which was obstructing her bladder so she wasn't brought round from the anaesthetic. She looked so beautiful and healthy!

Temperament: Friendly and cheeky. Not likely to sit still for a cuddle.

About Swift

Swift is one of the babies from my first litter of Brandywine rats. She's named after the River Swift, which flows through Rugby and joins up with the Avon. She's a busy girl with more important things to do than being held, but she's quite amenable to being picked up when there's food involved.

MRC Cup Show, 4th October 2008 - 3rd of 4 in agouti kitten class
Moulty but lovely colour coming, very shiny. Slightly chopped rump. Interesting rainbow tail. (AS)

NFRS Meldreth Show, 8th November 2008 - 2nd of 2 in agouti adult class
Head long and pointed but good ears, colour uneven, white toe tips and rather dark at present. (SAS)

MRC Christmas Show, Brigstock, 6th December 2008 - 1st of 6 in agouti adult class
Very nice colour, good and red. Nice grey belly. Nice bold eyes. Shortish tail - rather grubby. Good feet. Fair size & type. (NM)
