26th Jan 2009 - Throat abscess.
30th Jan 2009 - Burst & healing
11th Mar 2009 - Chin abscess, just like her cagemate Cali has! Don't understand how that can be passed on in the same place.
19th March 2009 - Burst and healing.
1st April 2009 - Throat abscess.
22nd April 2009 - Ivermectin for mites.
1st May 2009 - repeat Ivermectin.
3rd October 2009 - Fell off shelf onto ladder and broke/dislocated finger. Groomed bent finger back into place. Using hand but finger doesn't bend.
30th October 2009 - Something's not right. Very, very hormonal. Taken chunks out of a cagemate. Thinning hair, wet flank spots. Vets Monday.
2nd November 2009 - Booked in for spay tomorrow.
5th November 2009 - All went very well. Showing some signs of calming, unless it's my wishful thinking.
14th November 2009 - Back in with her cagemates. Looking good so far.
18th December 2009 - Looking below par.
22nd December 2009 - Clicky breathing, looking thin. Vets - inj of Convenia. Bisolvon. Return in a week, or earlier if no better.
24th December 2009 - No improvement. Asked vets for Baytril to use as well.
25th December 2009 - Still not responding to treatment. Died around 4pm - didn't look distressed, just stopped breathing.

Temperament: Sweet little girl. Very busy.

About Moonshine

Moonshine is a beautiful little girl. She's always on the go, lovely shiny black. Moonie has had her problems, and lost her sister to SDAV, but is now well and happily settled in her cage group.
