Health:
22nd April 2009 - Ivermectin for mites.
1st May 2009 - repeat Ivermectin.
17th June 2009 - Neck scabs - Ivermectin.
3rd May 2010 - Beginning to look old. Started on daily Nature Diet Senior + Ipakitine.
13th June 2010 - Looking out of breath sometimes. No wheezing.
24th July 2010 - Smells as if he has an ear infection. Started on Clavaseptin.
25th October 2010 - Has been looking very poorly, but recovering slightly at the moment. Still looks very old and skinny.
2nd November 2010 - Unofficial course of Marbocyl, as his breathing is fairly laboured.
15th November 2010 - put to sleep.

Temperament: Sweet, adventurous little man.

About Cole

Cole is one of the babies from my first Brandywine rats litter. He's a gorgeous rat, not the most people oriented but completely handleable. He's named after River Cole which flows near Coleshill. The name Cole means 'dark one'. He's a confident, cheeky little soul.

Good colour. Rather dark on back. Some silvering evident. Good belly, nice feet. Good bold eyes. Nice thick tail - with a blue patch or two! Good size & type. (NM)

NERS Pet Initiative, Meldreth, 13th February 2010 - Best Breeder Pet - 3rd of 10. Relaxed about being picked up. Happy to explore but got a little tetchy at times. Mostly interactive and jolly. Fit and in nice condition, though coat a bit long.(AC)

Cole was very unhappy in a show tank this time, but fine when taken out for judging and for cuddles. I'm not going to show him again.
