Arrow is one of the babies from my first litter of Brandywine Rats. She's named after the River Arrow, which runs through Warwickshire. Arrow's a squeaky little doe, underconfident at first but coming along nicely now I've spotted that and spent more time with her. She behaves as if she's in season all of the time, squeaky and jumpy, but without the ear fluttering. Despite her nice type and markings I'm not planning to breed from her, as she's the first to take flight at any strange noises or movements and is generally nervous of new experience.
3rd October 2009 - we took Arrow to the MRC cup show, where she was fairly successful but didn't enjoy the day at all. I had thought that as she had calmed down with age she would cope better, but she clearly disliked being shown so she won't be shown again.
