About Me

I'm called Fox because I have a foxy face and a foxy colour. I'm very wriggly and not too good at sitting still for cuddles.

I learnt to do a Tarzan act when I was little. My people fixed a roll of toilet paper to the top of the cage. I spent a busy evening jumping onto the sheets near the top of our cage, swinging down into the hammock near the bottom as it unrolled, then climbing back up to repeat the procedure.

My mum says I'm a homing rat, because when I get tired of being out of the cage I just jump down to the floor, run back to my cage, and climb back up to the top. Then one of my slaves lifts me down to the door.

As I get bigger I become more of a character. I was the tiniest of the newbies back in March 2002, but now I'm bigger than most of the other boys. In fact I have a slight weight problem. When we go to shows I practically fill my show tank. It must be a family thing because both of my brothers (Jasper and Merlin) are a little large too. Maybe we take after our great grandad on both sides, Jar Jar Binks.

I'm getting a bit old and motheaten now, so I live in a peaceful retirement cage with my brother Jasper.
